Villa Lolita is a beautifully decorated, charming, lovingly renovated, detached 3-bedroom villa with all new features and fittings. Brand new furniture, tiling and fittings throughout. Gorgeous new bathrooms. Living Rooms Large lounge/diner with stone fireplace.Fitted with sofa and chairs, coffee table and TV, dining table and 6 chairs.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and patio doors to terrace. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and patio door to terrace. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, ground floor, with own shower room.

2 newly tiled and fitted shower rooms. One on the ground floor next to bedroom 3. One of the first floor.Both incorporating WC and wash basin.
Garden and Exterior
The villa is situated amongst lovely mountain scenery right next to a beautiful mountain gorge. The property is suitable for children as it is safely walled and fenced off from the gorge. Upstairs rooms have their own sun terraces accessible from the bedrooms. Downstairs by the pool, there are large terracotta-tiled terraces where you can enjoy a barbecue. A new rustic dining table and chairs with parasol, have been provided for eating out by the pool. The pool is 8x4 and beautifully tiled in little tiles and is all brand new. There are ample terraces for sunbatheing on the sunbeds.

Villa Lolita is located by a by Mountain Gorge near Marxuquera, 10 minutes from Gandia in the Valencia Province.
The villa is situated next door to a quiet and very smart rural Spanish restaurant, which serves superb food. The very Spanish village of Barx is a short drive up the mountain and has all the useful shops - minimarket, bakery, butchers, pharmacy, tabac, bank (open Mon, Wed, Fri am), post box, bars and restaurants. The town of Gandia is well known for its shoe shops and fabulous Saturday market. It has cash machines and a huge Carrefour hypermarket. It is also by the sea and has the usual beachside shops and restaurants.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful golden sandy beaches of the Costa del Azahar are just 10 minutes drive from the villa. Also accessible are the charming rocky coves and popular sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses in the region, the nearest located in Oliva, approx 15 minutes drive.

Valencia airport - approx 3/4 of an hour's drive.
