Summary

La Ferme des Iris is a lovely restored old vine farm situated in the beautiful area of Cognac , in the small village of Sigogne in the middle of the vineyard of Charente.

The holiday house benefits from a big living-room and a sitting-room looking out onto the closed courtyard which provides a safe environment for children. A big kitchen of 24 m ² is near the dinning room and opens on the courtyard. Three generous sized bedrooms each one with king size bed and single bed. Two bathrooms, first bathroom has a tub and an independent shower, the other has an Italian shower. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped to give you a home at any season of the year and is ideal for families or group of friends seeking well-equipped accommodation for up to 12 people, cyclists and walkers will like the quiet countryside.The private swimming-pool is located behind the home, next to the garden, a big terrace, protected from the wind and from looks by a 2,5m hedge, naturism allowed.

The town of Cognac is just 20 minutes from the gîte, and the atlantic coast about 1 hour.

3 bedroom with king-size bed and single bed , one has a direct access to the swimming-pool.
A fully equiped kitchen (Refrigerator, freezer, cooking space, oven, micro wave, dishwasher) near the dinning room.
2 sitting room with TV and 2 sofa-bed for 2 persons.
2 Bathroom, 1 separate shower, 2 separate toilets

 

Garden and Exterior

Swimming-pool is located behind the home, next to the garden, with a big terrace, protected from the wind and from looks by a 2,5m hedge ,naturism allowed.There are loungers, folding chairs, plus table and chair set for outdoor relaxation. In front of the house a courtyard with terrace BBQ and parasol.
