Description of Interior
The lounge area has ample seating, Cable TV, DVD, CD system, i-pod dock, access to the pool area through patio doors.
Breakfast area with patio doors to the pool area.
Formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the crockery and cutlery you will need.
The 2 Master Bedrooms are both en suite, one downstairs with king size bed, one upstairs with queen size bed. Each are equipped with Cable TV DVD players,, ceiling fans, large closets and one has access to the Pool Deck. The bathrooms have baths with showers over and each have hairdriers.
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share a family bathroom. Each bedroom has twin beds, Cable TV, DVD players, ceiling fans and large closets.

Local Area
Windward Cay is situated just off Highway 192 between markers 14 and 15 in Kissimmee. It is a quiet and secluded area set amongst trees but close to all the major attractions.
Disney and Sea World are less than 10 minutes drive. Universal Studios and International Drive 15 minutes drive.
There are many local golf courses. Tennis, fishing, boating and walking trails are within the vicinity. Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach on the east coast are just an hours drive away.
The Gulf coast beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg on the west coast are under two hours away.

Orlando International is about 20 minutes away, Sandford about an hour, Tampa 1.5 hours and Miami 4 hours.
