Like at home, the Residenza’s tasteful interiors create a private and friendly atmosphere, smartly furnished with coordinating and practical furniture to meet the most contemporary and exclusive standards.
The Residenza’s rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LCD HD/LED 3D televisions, Internet Wi-Fi access 24h, courtesy iPad 2, and satellite TV, hot water provided by solar panels and gas boilers, a house heating system, a chronothermostat, color- video-door entry phones and an external video surveillance system. All bedrooms also have a roomy closet and a safe. As regards the bathrooms with mosaic wall tiles, they are equipped with the "Pozzi Ginori’ design wall-hung fittings.

Spacious outdoor areas of the Residenza will make you forget the routine of everyday life, you’ll find yourself immersed in a relaxing oasis. Feeling regenerated, your desire to further extend your stay may well become more pronounced.
On the ground floor of the Residenza, the courtyard of 130 sqm is well organized with two barbecues and service sinks and, to enhance the holiday mood of your outdoor dinners, even a fountain with LED lighting, which handles 16 million liters of water per hour. For you to enjoy a relaxing court life, safe from prying eyes.
On the first floor, the terraces with sun beds, umbrellas, the fogging system and binoculars for
birdwatching fans, give a feeling of a small private beach, with the advantage of having everything
at your hand and, within walking distance, even the restaurant "Da Silvana", renowned for its
delicious fish dishes.
