There are 6 sun beds by the pool and a dining table and 6 chairs on the beautifully situated veranda. There is also a Weber barbeque. Furthermore, there is a shared swimming pool which can be fun for the children. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are approx. 15 km. away. Valbonne and Biot which are nearby, are lovely Provençal villages with many fine restaurants.

There is a cosy sitting room with fire place, separate area with wooden dining table and a mezzanine with sitting area. Wireless internet for free. From the living room you enter the kitchen with all modern cons such as dishwasher (Miele), microwave, fridge and freezer. A washing machine and dryer (Miele) and extra refrigerator/freezer are in the garage. There are three bedrooms, all on the ground floor all with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
