The Colonial House Inn is a full service green certified Country Inn with a public restaurant and lounge, open year round, in the center of Cape Cod on Historic Route 6 A. A registered Historic landmark with 2l rooms. Room rates are $90. To $145. for 2 people, per night, including breakfast & Dinner.(full menu) All rooms have private baths, free wireless DSL, TV’s, telephones, Data Port, air conditioning, canopy beds and antiques. Other amenities include, heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, sun deck, beautiful garden sitting area with waterfall and fountain, year round restaurant, lounge with full liquor. free Business Computer Room with DSL, & wireless in public areas. All public areas and some rooms are handicapped accessible. Function rooms seat up to 150, with an outdoors-garden area available for Weddings and Receptions. Within walking area are nature walking trails, golf, tennis, fresh and salt water beaches fresh & salt water, fishing, boating, snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, sailing, wind surfing, etc., and antique & discount shops.
Description of Interior
The Inn features a 135 seat Conference Center/function room, a TV Living Room, Sun Deck, free Business Computer Center, all with wireless DSL, and in the Widows Watch, a Reading Room with a 360 degree birds-eye view of historic Yarmouth Port. Now completed our new Atrium Area includes a heated year-round Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. The Hugh S. Clark Conference Center is available for meetings, seminars, weddings and other social gatherings of up to 135 people. Also on the grounds is our lovely Garden Sitting Area located on the Lower Green complete with its own waterfall and fountain. The Inn has established a reputation as a unique site for business meetings. We successfully combine the services and facilities of the larger convention destinations with a personalized service that can only be afforded when concentrating on one group at a time.
Garden and Exterior
The Inn is a 300-year-old Sea Captains Home with a Mansard slate roof. Beautiful garden sitting areas, sloping magnificent lower green lawn, sunny and shaded rear deck, plenty of free parking all enclosed by a vibrant year-round privet hedge wall.
