The holiday accommodation is surrounded by stunning vistas and private garden with pool for our guests exclusive use. A large BBQ area with shaded dinning table and chairs adjacent to the pool patio. We also have free internet access by WI-FI around this area.

Centraly located to visit the many famous medieval hill top towns in Tuscany and Umbria and sampling the local foods and wines. Just an hours drive to Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Arezzo or go by train to Florence or Rome.

The local facilities include, restaurants, bars, cafes, post offices, banks with ATM machines, supermarkets, hospital, chemists, garages, bakeries and lake fish. Specialty shops providing fresh pasta, saffron products and herbalist items. Regular street markets with fresh produce and other items.

Just a short drive from the property is a petrol service station with bar, cafe and pizza restaurant which offers local dishes and wine all at a very reasonable rate.

Various events take place annually, food festivals, jazz and blues festival, palio's and celebration of the town's saints where everyone is encouraged to join in and experience the traditions and customs of the Italian way of life. La dolce vita.

There is a coffee machine, kettle and crockery to help yourself to drinks durning the day, and somewhere to eat breakfast or snacks if you decide not to enjoy the alfresco ammenities.

The private grounds includes a 5mx10m swimming pool, covered eating area with a purpose built BBQ and almost 3 acres of terrace grounds for your exclusive use during your stay. There is a second pergola in the olive grove to relax and take in to tranquility and warmth of the Italian sunshine. The property has wonderful views both across the Tuscan landscape to Mount Cetona and Umbria to the hill top town of Citta della Pieve.
