Summary

Tranquil setting yet close to village for shops and Restaurants. Situated between Lubersac and Troche and near to Pompadour in the lovely region of Correze in the Limousin. The adults love the peace and quiet, comfort, safe place for the children with no traffic, location for shops and outings, log burning stove in the winter, garden and grounds and watching the alpacas. The children love the space to play, the bikes, the plunge pool and the large village pool with the slides, the alpacas and the sunshine. Description of Interior

There is a large living room with saterlite TV, woodburning stove in the inglenook, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Full sized gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Also downstairs you will find a double bedroom with a cot and a bathroom with shower over the bath, vanity unit and w.c. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board and cloths airer.

On the first floor there is a twin and another double room plus a shower room with w.c. All the bedrooms have lots of storeage and electric heaters and there are also electric towel rails in the bathrooms. Upstairs you will find a hair dryer and a radio alarmclock. All rooms have high beamed ceilings and lots of charm.

 

Garden and Exterior

The cottage has a large patio with table and chairs and a barbeque plus a lawn. This has a picket fence to keep the little ones safe. Next to the enclosed garden is the pool and large play area. You are also welcome to explore the rest of our grounds and the little wood and visit all the alpacas, you might even be lucky enough to be here when the babies are born. From the rear of the cottage you have lovely country views with no neighbours, to the front is just one of our barns and the fields, we live up the lane so we are near should you need us but not visible from the cottage.

Rental Conditions

July and August is Saturday to Saturday only. At all other times of the year we take booking of any length from any day of the week. Payment in stirling can be made from anyone travelling from the UK. 25% deposit and the balance the week before you come.
ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF SHEETS, TOWELS, ELECTRICITY AND BIKES.
