Summary
The main villa has 3 bedrooms and is split into three levels:
Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Lower floor: living room with fireplace overlooking the sea, with an exit to a 80 sqm covered veranda with a big dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern equipment including gas oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine.
Downstairs: double bedroom (40 sqm) and twin bedroom (35 sqm) both with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. These bedrooms have independent entrances and their own terraces with sea view.
The Guesthouse: Is an independent part of Deep Blue Villa, 50 sqm air-conditioned studio with his own private and beautiful sea view to Kefalonia Island and pool. It has large bedroom with double bed, well equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Can house 2 to 3 persons.

Description of Interior
We have taken the greatest care in designing the villa to be a welcoming place, well laid out for families, and to provide a very cool, relaxing and comfortable feeling.
Garden and Exterior
Deep Blue is constructed in harmony with its natural environment, nicely decorated and fully equipped to accommodate home comforts. It has a private pool as well as direct access to the sea which can be reached on foot by a path that leads to the impressive Priest’s Cave.
Surrounding the villa is an aromatic herbal garden and areas for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Booking Terms:
• 30% non refundable deposit upon reconfirmation
• 50% of the full amount must be paid by the guest 6 weeks prior to arrival
• The rest of the balance (20%) can be paid before or upon arrival
• The advanced payments are not refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant
• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full

Located in total nature... one of the last unspoiled areas in the most northern part of Zakynthos.
We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island.
We are 30 km from the main town and the airport and 3 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which connects Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat), there you can find plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and shops.
Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 sqm with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia.
The villas are by the seaside and have direct access to the sea and legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea.
