Leave right from the house and hike through the Stanislaus National forest on foot or experience some of the best mountain biking that Northern California has to offer.
Our vacation rental home consists of two full and separate vacation rental units.
Unit A, Upstairs sleeps a maximum of 7 people and is the entire 1,000 square foot 2nd floor. This unit is comprised of a Master Bedroom, Second Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and a 10 x 40 foot sun drenched deck facing Lakemont Pines lake.
Our vacation home is non-smoking and with permission pets are allowed to share your vacation rental with you.
The bottom portion has an open floor plan of kitchen, dining and living room.
The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking or entertaining. It includes all dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed for preparing meals. There is a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, blender, stove and refrigerator.
The dining room has a solid wood 1950's Cherry table and chairs. Your computer can be set up with dial up or wireless DSL and there is a telephone for free local calls.
The living room has three recliners and a double size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo, boom box, books, games, video library, cassettes, CD's and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance and a ceiling fan for a breeze.
All windows face Lakemont Pines Lake. The vacation home is heated and cooled by forced air.
Go up 5 stairs to the master bedroom, bathroom and 2nd bedroom
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, 6' closet, lots of dresser drawers and views of the Stanislaus National forest out both sets of windows.
The second bedroom has a double bed with a loft single on top, TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan, Armoira, dresser drawers and views of the Stanislaus National forest out both windows.
The bathroom is a tub/shower combo, a large vanity sink and toilet.
Outside is a 10 x 40' sun drenched deck that overlooks Lakemont Pines Lake. There are 2 picnic tables, chairs and lounges for your use. The bar-b-que is charcoal and ready for your steaks or fish.
Unit B, Downstairs sleeps a maximum of 8 people and is the 1,000 square feet 1st floor. This unit is comprised of a Master Bedroom, Second Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and a 10 x 40 foot covered deck facing Lakemont Pines lake.
The bottom floor is an open floor plan style for easy entertaining with a Living Room, Dining Room, Bathroom and Kitchen
The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking & entertaining. It includes all dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed for preparing meals. It includes a microwave, portable dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove and refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The dining room has a 1950's Bamboo table and chairs for up to 8 people with Wilson art flooring.
The living room has a double size hide-a-bed, a love seat and a recliner. It also includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, cassette player, cassette tapes, CD player, CD's, video library, games, books and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The desk is ready for your computer with dial up or wireless DSL and a free telephone for local calls. The home is heated and cooled by forced air. The views outside are of Lakemont Pines Lake and the Stanislaus National forest.
The master bedroom and second bedroom are up 5 stairs.
The master bedroom has a double size 1929 Antique bed, Cable TV, VCR and views of the Stanislaus National forest outside your window.
The second bedroom has two sets of trundle beds (total 4 singles), Cable TV, DVD, a 6' walk in closet, a 2' blanket closet and views of the Stanislaus National forest.
Outside is a 10 x 40' covered porch that overlooks Lakemont Pines Lake. There are 2 picnic tables, chairs and a couch for your use. The bar-b-que is charcoal and ready for your use.

We are located directly across from the Lakemont Pines lake spillway in Arnold, California in the great high sierra mountains.
Lakemont Pines Lake is a man-made lake fed by mountain snows. Nearby you will find wonderful wine tasting, four renowned golf courses, fishing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, kayak, mountain biking, gold mining, hiking, casinos, spelunking, water skiing, swimming, and boating. Within 2 hours you will find casinos in Jackson and Tuolumne.
Arnold is surrounded on three sides by the Stanislaus National Forest, Big Trees State Park and privately owned timber lands.
