Description of Interior

Upon your arrival the owners will welcome you with fresh fruits, juices, traditional sweets and buns. On the ground floor, there is the dining area and the living area with a fireplace, the fully modern equipped kitchen and a junior suite with access to the terrace, one bathroom and a W.C. The internal wooden scale leads to the first floor where there are 2 big beautiful bedrooms with double beds and own en suite bathrooms, plus the master bedroom, which is 43 m2 with a king size bed and a small living room, walk in closet, a large en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and W.C. and a spacious wooden veranda with a breathtaking view to the sea.

Designed in such a way that does not isolate the ground floor from the 1st floor, leaving the impression of a single space.
Villa Yalenia features a private swimming pool and several terraces for outdoor dining and seating, a stone made kiosk, and a stone made deck at the coastal zone available for the hitch of a boat.

The swimming pool is 50 m2 and 1.60m deep. The swimming area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view to the sea and the opposite side of the gulf where Nydri is located. Most of the time will surely be spent outdoors taking advantage of the beautiful garden with a rich variety of flowers and trees, sun bathing, reading your book, enjoying your coffee and relaxing…

Garden and Exterior

Long walks and cycling along picturesque paths through the trees, only 15 minutes away from the church of Agia Kyriaki. From there you can see the village Nydri, the private island of Aristotelis Valaoritis, Madouri, so as Prigiponisia (small private islands in lush vegetation). Wonderful view for anyone who loves photography and wishes to collect fabulous material. It is of major consideration to mention that in the courtyard of the church, there is the tomb of the famous archaeologist Delpfer, who was the historical person who argued the Homer's Ithaca is Lefkada, not the current island Ithaca.

The church of Agia Kyriaki can be an excellent choice for a wedding and christening, followed by a recession or party at Villa Yalenia. Only 3 klm away from the villa you can find Desimi beach, accessed with a bicycle as well.

The location of Villa Yalenia, offers a peaceful bay to enjoy boating and fishing. A number of tavernas and cafeterias can be found at Vlyxos bay, arriving there even with a boat.

Nydri, the most famous resort in Lefkada, awaits for all visitors to play with numerous of water sports. Moreover, Nydri is the starting point for daily cruises to small islands like Scorpios, so as to Cefalonia and Ithaka.
