Large open and covered terraces with comfortable furniture and many chairs offer plenty of room to relax. SAT-TV, satellite stereo-Radio, DVD-CD player in living room, and Satellite TV in all bedrooms create no dispute about the TV program.

The garden offers an ever-green appearance.

You see, the villa "La Solana" is the perfect holiday accommodation for your Annual leave, the right for a family holiday.

Description of Interior

Our homel offers 5 rooms (living-dining room with conservatory, kitchen, 3 bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms.

All rooms are tastefully furbished and decorated with nice accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge with 3 * freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker and a large number of kitchen helpers. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, are very extensive there.

The two modern bathrooms are equipped with shower stalls. Hair dryers are available.

Garden and Exterior

The large sun terrace and several covered pergolas offer plenty of room to relax. Of course you have enough seating and reclining options. You will like the evergreen garden with many Mediterranean plants and trees. Our pool is 9.00 x 4.50 meters and is used only by you. The whole property is completed.

Local Area

The village of Benitachell (Valencian: Benitatxell or Poble Nou de Benitatxell) has evolved in recent years. There is now a supermarket "mas y mas", banks, restaurants and small shops.

Also you will find the supermarket "Mercadona" on the road Moraira-Benitachell, just at the exit to our Residential area "La Joya". Here you get all the items of food, Baked goods, meats, beverages, etc.

From our house it is about 1000 meters to this modern business. Directly opposite is now situated a subsidiary of the German discounter "Aldi". Moraira, is the well-known neighbor, a pleasant town with all facilities needed by the mature holiday vacation travelers.

Although the once sleepy fishing village, now has developed into a modern tourist resort, the rural charm yet preserved.

The attractive marina has attracted many wealthy people to Moraira. This has to settle various fashion stores, some banks and many restaurants performed. For every purse is something on offer.
