Situated right in the middle of the Peninsula, almost everything is within 10 minutes drive! There are MANY attractions within a stones throw suitable for all the family or group.

CORPORATE OPTIONS: Expandable dining table can seat from 4-10 so perfect for dining in with friends or corporate meetings with the benefit of onsite accommodation in comfortable surroundings.
Large organic garden and a south-facing patio with a hot tub ensure you can make the most of the house and grounds.

Complementary / Osteopathic clinic next door to ease any aches and pains and have your relax fully during your stay.

If you sail, it may also be possible to organise a sail on a Classic keelboat owned by Gayle Palmer, the owner! Have a red letter day! (Subject to weather, of course!)

 

Description of Interior

Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen. Spacious and airy. Very well appointed kitchen with all mod cons and plenty of storage too for food etc. Wi-Fi throughout.

Dining table can expand to seat 8-10, so facilities perfect for a meeting / conference venue with all the parking, along with accommodation. Maybe consider for a job re-location for family visits too.

TV with DVD player, small library and large sofa which converts to a kingsize bed if necessary. 2 bedrooms - can be twin or super kingsize, will be made up on arrival with towels. All bedrooms have their own hand basin as well as plenty of power points. The master bedroom has French doors onto the patio.

Large power shower and small toilet with more storage and a laundry room, plus a separate disabled toilet. A+++ washing machine and tumble dryer, plus outside and inside dryers / racks. Disabled toilet

 

Garden and Exterior

Parking on tarmac with low cills into Nature's Elements means easy access for everyone. The house can also be rented with another one opposite - Living Elements, which sleeps a further 8 people, plus cot - so there could be at least 14 in a party!

The large south-facing patio with hot tub overlooks the large garden enclosed by a large hedge. Gas BBQ, patio picnic table and chairs all await your relaxation time. Plus whirlygig for drying washing in the clear Sussex air! Watch the birds on the birdfeeders from the comfort of your bed!

Fabulous air quality and a blue light (from refraction off the nearby sea) and high sun levels means it is an excellent growing area with rich clayey soil. The garden is organic.

Chichester Self-Catering Accommodation - Nature's Elements

The tenant shall mean the person in whose name the booking is made and shall include the person or persons on whose behalf the same is made.

1. We will hold by way of a debit card pledge as a security deposit of £300 against:

a. Any damage incurred by the tenant to the property or its contents or by a member of his/her party or any visitor during his/her stay.
b. The reasonable cost of cleaning the property and/or its contents if the tenant leaves the property in an unsatisfactory condition on departure.
c. Payment of any outstanding amounts which are due or become payable under their booking.
d. The return of all keys to the property by the tenant on the check out date (the loss of such keys will incur a penalty of £25 and damage to any key a penalty of £10
We only require an authorisation to deduct any advised charges from your credit card, (should they be incurred). Credit card authorisations will be cancelled 14 days after your return from holiday unless deductions have been advised, in which case the balance (if any) will be deducted.
The declaration must be signed by a member of the party booked into the accommodation who is over 18 years of age.

2. Bookings made more than eight weeks in advance require a one-third non-refundable deposit (33%). The balance is then due eight weeks before your holiday commences.

3. Once you have booked a property, an agreement is drawn up between you and the owner of the property. This agreement is sent to you for your signature and should be returned to us along with a deposit equal to one-third of the total amount due. This can be made either by cheque payable to G. Palmer or card payment (debit card only) in GB Pounds Sterling.

4. Bookings made eight weeks or less before arrival require the full payment. Bookings made within one week (seven working days) prior to your holiday must be paid in FULL in CASH.

5. If the booking is cancelled within four weeks of the commencement date, then the full rent due will be retained. If the house is re-let within this time you will get 60% of the full price returned to you.

6. Bookings will be taken from Friday to Friday. The key may be collected from the Living Elements Clinic office between the hours of 4.00pm and 7.30pm on the day of arrival. If keys cannot be collected by 7.30pm then they may not be available until 9.00am on Saturday morning. Keys to be returned by 10.00am or earlier on the day of departure.

7. On your departure the property MUST be left in a clean and tidy condition, as you would wish to find it yourself or a charge proportional to the extra cleaning time required becomes chargeable at no less than £25. Thank you.

8. We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance in case of accidental damage etc
9. Please BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS for use in the jacuzzi / sauna or beach.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Every effort has been made to describe the property as accurately as possible in our brochure or online, however, we recommend that you view your chosen property prior to booking, to avoid the possibility of disappointment and we will not be held responsible if, upon your arrival, the property does not meet with your expectations. Cutlery and crockery is supplied. Tea & coffee are included in your Welcome Pack. Electricity is included in the rental unless otherwise stated. There may be a charge for the gas for the BBQ in the Summer. Please note: towels for the sauna and hot tub are NOT provided.

BEDDING - this IS included in your booking cost, unless you stay for more than a week and it needs to be changed.
On your booking form - please specify whether you want single beds or double beds please.

6’’ Super king size DOUBLE BED OR two 3’ SINGLE BEDS in each bedroom. Super Kingsize sheet. Super Kingsize duvet cover. 4 pillow cases. 2 hand towels. 2 bath towels.

Cost £24 for the week for the super kingsize or £14 per single if more than a weeks stay and a wash is required. Kingsize Sofa bed in lounge. Kingsize sheet. Kingsize duvet cover. 4 pillow cases.2 bath towels, 2 hand towels. These are all stored in a tray under the sofa for your convenience. It is easy to set up the bed or re-convert it into a sofa for daytime use.

COST: £22 PER WEEK if more than a weeks stay and a wash is required.

Note all beds and pillows have protectors on them. Unless they are also stained these can be left on the beds.

The linen will be made up on your arrival. If the booking is for one week then for us to return your deposit the linen must be taken off the beds and placed in the bags in the shower room ready for washing, the inventory will be checked to ensure that all is correct and there is no staining / damage, and it is to be left in the property for collection on your final day. If stains cannot be removed from any bedding that whole set will then be chargeable. Likewise with towels.

If the booking is for more than one week then the linen must be placed in the bag on each Friday morning by 10.00am ready for the cleaner to collect, if you have asked for a house clean to be done, and it will be replaced with fresh linen during the day.

COT HIRE and other accessories etc
A travel Cot and highchair are available in the house at Nature's Elements. Cot linen is NOT included. Please ensure that you bring your own linen for the baby and blankets etc.
Baby monitor and bottle heater hire £5 per week

Please note that the property should be clean and tidy and vacated by 10am on the morning of your departure unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance with the owner.

Beaches and harbours - within a mile or a bit beyond. Chichester Harbour and Pagham Harbour both SSI's and filled with wildlife, boats interesting creeks. Superb for walking, cycling, bird watching.

Medmerry Marsh is a NEW wildlife reserve. You can take boat trips, fishing trips out from Itchenor as well. More fishing and diving from Selsey. Buy your own fresh Selsey crabs & lobsters & fish from East Beach, Selsey.

Goodwood racecourse, motorsport etc is only 14 mins away for its worldwide attractions. Chichester City and Cathedral and shopping precinct just 10mins away (and train station). Great shopping in a beautiful city with many architectural styles - Palladian, Roman, Medieval, modern! It's got it all!

South Downs National Park just a short drive or cycle away. Visit Midhurst or Petworth - rural towns of great antiquity. Fantastic scenery with lots of activities for all.

Local towns and villages worth a visit include Emsworth, Arundel, Bognor, Littlehampton, Fishbourne (Roman Palace) and they all have their own pubs and attractions.

Portsmouth and Southampton are 30-50 mins away with more shopping, historic shipyards, museums etc.

Brighton - Clubs, The Lanes, shopping, seaside and many hills! Just 60mins away. We are blessed with a plethora of local attractions, its a bit embarrassing! Lots of tourist info options in the house.
