Situated in Taramay just 5 minutes drive form Almunecar and a 10 minute walk down to the beach makes this lovely villa ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
The villa has been totally renovated to a very high standard with all the modern fittings to make this villa far better than your average Spanish property on offer.
The swimming pool has multiple LED lighting with multiple colours from red green blue and purple. The swimming pool is also available to be heated for winter bookings at 100.00€ per week extra.
The kitchen is open plan and bright and airy with Bosch appliances and large American fridge with water and ice dispenser, the dining area is joining the kitchen so ideal for entertaining while preparing the evening meal.
