The main floor has great views, a screened porch, open upper deck with lovely outside dining. In addition to the common area kitchen and gathering room, the main floor has a breakfast room, dining room, music room and three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Your group will love gathering in the spaces provided on this main level. A screened porch is perfect for reading or watching the sunset, and leads to an open deck with gas grill and outdoor dining area.

The top floor has a luxurious master suite with sweeping views of the lagoon and golf course. Actually, the interior has great golf and lagoon views from almost every room!

The lower level is a fun spot for families. One bedroom is actually incorporated in the lower living area with 5 twin beds that provide for sleeping or lounging. There is a separate living room and eating area, plus a kitchenette, bath and pool table. There is also another private bedroom and bath on this lower level.

In the back yard is a gorgeous pool area right on the lagoon, with golf course views across the waterway. The outdoor area is complete with multiple sitting areas and a covered porch, as well as poolside lounge chairs, grill, and a great yard for volleyball & badminton. Your own private dock allows for fishing and boating in the 12-mile lagoon system, and comes with a canoe and two kayaks to explore and meander the waterways.

The Palmetto Dunes beach is an easy 12-minute walk… or take the Palmetto Dunes “Dune Buggy,” a free transportation service throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove for shopping and sight-seeing.
