Summary
Villa "Mariela", at Complex "Villas Romana", is built on two floors with one main entrance. The garden in front of the property is well maintained and evergreen. Next to the entrance there is a barbecue for personal culinary performances, and close to it are set a table with six chairs. The area outside the villa is suitable for a short break or for a long dinner.
Entering the villa “Mariela” you will be impressed by the spacious and bright rooms, by the comfortable and stylish furnishings.
The entire first floor consists of a kitchen, dining room and an open space living room, which creates an additional sense of spaciousness and tranquility. The kitchen is fully furnished and well equipped in order to meet the requirements of the modern housewife. It disposes of a cooker, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster, a microwave, an electric kettle, a washing machine. Nearby is located a large dining table with six chairs, and on the other side of the hallway is the sitting area, consisting of a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and a massive desk.
For the guests convenience in one of the corners of the living room there are an ironing board and iron. The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the courtyard.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a queen bed and two balconies, a baby cot, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, private bathroom with tub and toilet.
Nearby are two other smaller bedrooms, each of them with two singe beds joined together. They have a bathroom with tub and toilet. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard or the mountain.
The villa is suitable to accommodate 8 (eight people). Provides cot and highchair for an additional fee.
An "all inclusive" package is offered at extra cost.

Rental Conditions
Prices are stated per week for up to 8 people. A baby cot and a chair are available upon request and cost 5 € each.
Long stay discounts applicable - 5% for a stay of 2 weeks; 10% for a stay of 3 weeks.
A deposit of 30% is required as a booking guarantee.
In case of cancellation up to 60 days in advance, we return the deposit paid less the bank expenses.
In case of late cancellation - from 60 up to 45 days before the arrival date we keep 50% of the deposit paid as a penalty.
For a reservation cancellation made less than 45 days before the arrival date, we keep the deposit as a late cancellation penalty.
