The property comprises of a detached private family villa situated in a quiet street in Aloha, Nueva Andalucia, near to Marbella and Puerto Banus, on the Costa Del Sol, in the Malaga province of Spain, surrounded by several golf courses and a few minutes away by car or taxi from Puerto Banus and Marbella. It is located within 4 minutes walk from the Aloha strip which has a great number of restaurants, bars and amenities.

The villa which comprises of 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms (Two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom) and a gym with ensuite bathroom, is set in a secluded mature garden fitted with an automatic irrigation system, private swimming pool, built-in BBQ/bar area, dining table for 8 persons, with a long driveway, electric double gates and covered parking for two cars and for many more on the driveway. A central Air-conditioning/heating system is fitted, with an additional separately controlled unit for the gym.

We provide a gardener/pool attendant 2 times per week and a full maintenance team on call 24 hours. Our manager and cleaner is available to meet and greet guests and we can provide an airport private taxi service for up to 8 persons at economical rates, that can be called upon at any time for local use as well.


Description of Interior

Built on 2 levels with a basement, the villa is set out as follows

• Large living room/dining room, tastefully decorated, with working fireplace/gas fire and new double security glass doors leading to the new patio overlooking the pool. Patio completely renewed in December 2017. The living room is equipped with a large Samsung Smart system flat screen TV and CD/DVD player. The TV programming is a SKY version with all UK and foreign programmes, sports and films. WIFI is provided by a 100MB fibre optic router system and a backup 2MB landline system, providing super-fast internet throughout the property, both within the interior and exterior areas. A small desk and chair is provided for computer use. A wine cooler is located in the dining area with an 18 bottle capacity, with separate levelled temperatures for white and red bottled wine.

• Fully equipped and fitted kitchen with Siemens and Smeg appliances including a large refrigerator/freezer unit, with icemaker and cold water, oven and 4 hob cooker, extractor fan, microwave oven, electric kettle, fan, waste bin, toaster and large dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving facilities

• Ground floor double guest bedroom, completely refurbished in December 2017, fitted with a flat screen TV and modern en-suite bathroom, fitted with a bath and shower

• Double guest bedroom situated on the first floor with fireplace, walk-in wardrobe, built-in clothing cupboard, large TV, large safe and large modern en-suite bathroom with shower and His and Hers double sink units. A heater is fitted in the bathroom for winter useage.

• Double guest bedroom located on the first floor, completely refurbished in December 2017, fitted with TV, with shared modern family bathroom, fitted with bath and shower

• Two large refrigerators and deep freeze units are located on the exterior next to the kitchen. This provides the property with 4 refrigerators/3 deep freeze units, an ice maker and a wine cooler
